Specialized legacy migration team
(See
Types of Legacy Migrations)
Why do so many companies choose our migration teams?
-
Smaller, more efficient teams (typically 2-3 members)
-
Fewer man hours to finish the project.
- Our legacy migration team recently completed a 9 month project in 6 months.
What is our typical plan of attack?
Starting with an agile design encompassing all your core use cases, we ensure that your new application maintains the exact functionality offered in the legacy system. At the same time, the new application will most likely offer a significantly lower cost of ownership.

While our key designer gathers the initial requirements, our infrastructure
developer get busy figuring out configuration management, automated build
and other source code related issues. Our development team (typically 2-3 member strong)
then hits the ground running - with a ready-to-go source control, configuration management and
a soon-to-be automated build process.
All our team members work in parallel so that they get your project off the
ground to a cruising altitude in the least amount of time. The Agile Testers
work in close conjunction with the development team to perform quality assurance
testing as well as end-to-end integration testing.
